Compass Organization workers in both Germany and the U.S.A shared their work, and those in the U.S.A ended up helping in the Manhattan Project, and those in Germany were ferried out to aid their American co-workers after the war. The Large Hadron Collider had multiple Compass Organization members working on it, and they have logged the discovery of the Higgs Boson as one of the most major advances in human history.
With this utter devotion to logic and science, it is unsurprising that the majority of them doubt the existence of Fears and those who do believe often spend hours trying to explain them away with quantum mechanics or other forms of science.
Surprisingly, the Compass Organization despises the Black Eden organization, claiming that they are far, far, too unscientific, and have floundered their way through the world, accidently figuring out things here or there.
The Compass Organization has four leaders, and 4 sub-commanders. The leaders are known as the Cardinals: North, East, South, and West. The sub-commanders, known as the Subordinials, are called North-east, North-west, South-east, South-west.
There are four major bases in the world: One in Damascus (West), one in St. Johannesburg (South), one in Beijing (East), and one in Reykjavík (North).
The Compass Organization has no qualms about human testing, and often uses the local population as an unwilling group of test subjects.
