Judgement is the name of the entity resulting in the Eye taking control over an individual. The individual chosen by The Eye to be Judgement's vessel is always an individual who has comitted a heinous crime, but feels no guilt over their actions. Once posessed, Judgment will then go after one of the Eye's victims and take retribution. However, the body of Judgment will burn up after a few days or weeks.
Judgement speaks in a genderless growl, regardless of what kind of person they were before. Vessels slowly burn up from the inside-out until there is nothing left.
Judgement's vessels have incredible strength and durrability, hightened senses, along with the ability to sense their target anywhere in the world. There is no hiding from Judgement, only the vague hope you can avoid it as long as possible.
